Returns Policy

As long as the item is unused and in the original packaging, you can return it by post using the address on our contact page. Please ensure that the goods are sent by registered post or carrier and ensure that the goods must be signed for by Teamgeist Ltd. Please note that delivery charges are not refunded.

Should you return goods to Teamgeist Ltd/ Matchpointer and you have not sent the goods by registered post we will not accept responsibility for items getting lost in the post.

Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility. You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.

Please allow us at least 3 working days to process your refund once we’ve received your goods via registered post. The refund will be credited to the payment card account that it was originally debited from.
